New Shoes; New Trip

Hubby's on his way west... To Arkansas, that is... He's got a project out there -- almost all the way out to Oklahoma! I'm at home. I will join him after my family commitments.

Remember our tire fun in October? We finally got around to putting new shoes on the Aluminotti. He's trying a different tire. We had Goodyear Marathons (the original tire for our trella) and it failed. Had a sidewall blow out. After some research, he decided to give some Denman Tires a try. It's gotta be an improvement over the exploding marathons. Beat of all they're made in the US...

We'll let you know how it goes...

Now when we get back, we'll fix the body damage from said blowout. But that's a whole 'nother blog entry...
