Meanwhile, Back at the Farm....

We've been doing a lot of stuff with the airstream lately. Catching up on odd jobs, and marking items off our "To-Do List."

Things we've done:

1. Hubby mounted our external internet antenna - our internet service is cellular. This keeps us connected while on the road. The external antenna helps to boost our signal.
2. Hubby lubed the awning struts and the steps.
3. I've been cleaning out the rear storage compartments - Let's just say that we have accumulated a lot of JUNK! We need to keep our excess junk at a minimum...LOL!

Things we need to do:

1. Today's job for me is tackling front storage and under the bed (yikes!). I clear the storage areas every 4-6 months. This keeps unused stuff from handing around.
2. Hubby had to pull out the fridge to fish the antenna wire to our router, so he's gotta screw the fridge trim back on and do some caulking.
3.  He's also got a few cosmetic things to take care of.
4. I'm re-doing a couple of window treatments. We'll be hanging a rod to create a valance over the double window over the sofa area. This way we can still use our pull-down shades. I'll post a pic when it's all said and done!
5. We're toying with adding another horizontal surface to our bedroom nightstands. We found some lamps at Ikea that we will permanently attach to the new "shelf". The tools are down here at the farm, so we'll see what we can do there... Just involves some plywood, laminate and trim.
   

Just a few thing to help make our rolling house, a home!
